Blis focuses on reaching the right audience at the perfect moment, in a privacy-friendly way. To do that, we need to capture audiences’ imagination. At Blis, our in-house Creative Solutions team do just that.
As mobile specialists, we work closely with brands looking to conceptualise, design and build engaging and well-crafted digital campaigns.
Insight at Blis turns big data into stories about everyday behaviour. We interrogate location and other behavioural data through our platform and apply it to our clients’ business challenges to generate meaningful, actionable insight.
Our job is to seek out and build close relationships with the leading SSPs and publishers in the industry and ensure our clients are happy with the publishers we deliver. We aim to work with premium, local and quality publishers, filtering out inaccurate location data and optimising delivery for various KPIs.
Every day is different. We're building ad campaigns, brainstorming and designing mockups, laying out design materials for marketing, or discussing and troubleshooting design and technical issues.

The interview process
Review:
First, we’ll review your details and look for a role match.

If your details match our spec, our Global Talent Team will contact you to book in a 15-minute intro video call.
Hiring manager Interview:
You’ll talk to the Hiring Manager about your skills and experience.
If you are applying for a Technical role, you’ll have a technical interview too.
Final interview/task:
Depending on the role, we may ask you to prepare a presentation, task or brief aligned to the skillset of the role.
Offer:
The Global Talent Partner will present you with the offer, if you’re the preferred candidate.
