- Products which facilitate illegal activities and/or infringes, encourages or enables the infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party, e.g. false document services, counterfeit designer goods, cable descramblers etc.

- Reselling of mobile telecommunications devices and services (but for the avoidance of doubt not including manufacturers of mobile telecommunications devices)

- Operation of a mobile virtual telecommunications network (being an entity which sells mobile telecommunications services under its own brand name or provides services enabling third party entities to sell mobile telecommunications services under their own brand name, in each case using the mobile telecommunications network of another operator)
- Provision of mobile telecommunications services
- Provision, reselling or enablement of online or digital wallets
- Reselling of mobile telecommunications devices and services (but for the avoidance of doubt not including manufacturers of mobile telecommunications devices)
- Operation of a mobile telecommunications network
- Operation of a mobile virtual telecommunications network (being an entity which sells mobile telecommunications services under its own brand name or provides services enabling third party entities to sell mobile telecommunications services under their own brand name, in each case using the mobile telecommunications network of another operator)
Requires O2 approval on a case by case basis:
- England Rugby – related campaigns
- Government campaigns (non-political)
- Mobile payments
- O2 Arena – Where any reference to the O2 Arena or an event at the arena is mentioned in the campaign or landing pages
- Public access Wi-Fi
Age restriction of contract validated 18+ must be applied:
- Lottery
- Alcohol
- Charity
- Gambling (Sports book others at blacklisted)
