Under UK and EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), our legal basis for collecting and using your personal data will depend on the type of personal data and how it was collected.

- Delivering an advertisement to your device.
- Providing non-personalised advertising including frequency capping and sequencing of ads
- Discovering a non-precise location e.g. Liverpool, France, Wales
- Protecting against harm to the rights, property or safety of Blis, our users, or our partners as required or permitted by law, including disclosing information to government authorities. Harms can include fraud, malicious access to your device and illegal activity
- Processing your privacy choices such as objection to legitimate interests, withdrawal of consent and opt out of targeted advertising
- Identifying product errors and ensuring operability of the system/platform
