Blis, a location-powered programmatic advertising partner, has appointed Emma-Jayne Owens as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific. Blis has been operating in the region since 2014, with Owens in the role as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand since November 2019.
The expansion of her scope of work now includes Singapore, the Philippines and India.
