Blis, the movement data technology platform, has named Kaye Quema to lead as Head of Sales, Asia.
The newly formed role follows Blis’ rapid expansion across Southeast Asia over the last 12 months, which includes establishing operations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Ms Quema will be responsible for Blis’ overall key growth and sales strategies for Asia, whilst leading sales teams and working closely with brands and agencies. Based in Singapore, she will report to Richard Andrew, Managing Director, Asia at Blis.
Ms Quema brings with her over 11 years of experience in digital advertising, where she successfully built and grew various adtech startup businesses.
In her last assignment as Vice President, APAC at POKKT, she was responsible for their digital media sales and revenue, where she successfully established gaming as a new media ad solution in the APAC region. Prior to that, Ms Quema held senior positions at Yahoo SEA for six years, building total digital solutions for Unilever and other key accounts in the Philippines, and heading the sales and operations team in Indonesia.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Andrew, Managing Director, Asia, Blis said “Blis has undergone a rapid expansion over the last year, growing from two to seven markets in Asia. Kaye’s role will thus be chiefly to unite our sales strategy across the various Asian markets and position Blis for our next chapter of growth.
